ZofooCRM Payment & Pricing Policy
At ZofooCRM, we aim to provide transparent pricing and a seamless payment experience. This Payment & Pricing Policy outlines our billing structure, accepted payment methods, and other relevant terms.
1. Pricing Structure
- ZofooCRM operates on a subscription-based model with different pricing plans tailored to various business needs.
- All prices are listed in INR and may be subject to applicable taxes and surcharges.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated in advance.
2. Subscription Plans
- Our plans are available on monthly and annual billing cycles.
- Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan anytime from their account settings.
- Any changes to a subscription will be applied in the next billing cycle.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- UPI & Net Banking (via Razorpay and other providers)
- Digital Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Bank Transfers (For enterprise users upon request)
4. Automatic Billing & Renewals
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user.
- Users will be charged using their default payment method on file.
- If a payment fails, the account may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
5. Refund Policy
- Subscription payments are non-refundable except in special cases (refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date and will be processed based on eligibility.
6. Late Payments & Account Suspension
- If a payment fails, users will receive notifications to update their payment method.
- If the payment is not settled within 3** days**, the account may be temporarily suspended.
- After 30 days of non-payment, the account may be permanently deactivated.
7. Promotions & Discounts
- ZofooCRM may offer promotions, discounts, or coupon codes from time to time.
- Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
- We reserve the right to modify or revoke any promotional offers without prior notice.
8. Invoice & Billing Details
- Users can download invoices from their account dashboard.
- Invoice modifications for tax compliance can be requested within 7 days of issuance.
9. Changes to this Policy
ZofooCRM reserves the right to update this Payment & Pricing Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
