• Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refunds for Subscription Payments: Since ZofooCRM is a SaaS platform operating on a subscription basis, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees once payment is processed.
• Exceptional Cases: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
  • A duplicate payment was made due to a system error.
  • A technical issue prevented access to ZofooCRM services for an extended period.
  • A billing error resulted in incorrect charges.
  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the billing date.

  • Payment details and transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request
