Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Zofoo Suite. By creating an account, purchasing seats, or accessing the app, you agree to them.

Effective: November 4, 2025

Plain-English summary: run your business on Zofoo Suite fairly and lawfully; keep your account secure; don’t abuse the service; pay for the seats you use; your data stays yours; we protect it and process it only as described here and in our Privacy Policy.

1) Who we are

“Zofoo Suite”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Zofoo Suite product and website operated at zofoocrm.com and workplace.zofoocrm.com. Contact: info@zofoocrm.com. Postal: Zofoo Suite, 301 Lakeside Avenue, Manikonda, Hyderabad, India — 500089.

2) Your account & organization

The first registrant creates a company (tenant). You are responsible for (a) the accuracy of company info, (b) inviting/removing users, (c) assigning roles, and (d) safeguarding credentials and MFA.

3) Subscriptions, seats & billing

  • Zofoo Suite is billed per active seat on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in INR or USD as selected on the site.
  • Taxes may apply based on your location. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your saved method for recurring fees.
  • Adding users increases seat count immediately; removing users reduces seat count from the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
  • Trials/promotions apply as displayed at sign-up; after the promo period, standard pricing applies automatically.

4) Refunds & cancellations

You can cancel anytime from within the app. Charges already incurred are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise or our posted Refund Policy states differently. We may issue pro-rated credits at our discretion (e.g., service-affecting defects).

5) Acceptable use

  • No illegal activity, malware, spam, or attempts to breach, scan, or overload the service.
  • No content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates privacy, IP, or contract rights.
  • No sharing of credentials or use of the service in a way that avoids seat limits.
  • We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that harm stability or violate these Terms.

6) Customer data & privacy

“Customer Data” is information you or your users submit into Zofoo Suite. You retain all rights to Customer Data. We process it only to deliver and improve the service, provide support, meet legal obligations, and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Backups are performed on a rolling basis; however, you are responsible for exporting data you require for archival or regulatory purposes.

7) Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure; notify us promptly of suspected issues at security@zofoocrm.com.

8) Service levels & support

We target high availability and will post status updates at the designated status page. Support is provided via email/tickets during business hours unless a plan specifies otherwise.

9) Third-party services

Integrations (e.g., email, storage, payments) are provided by third parties subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes, but we’ll make reasonable efforts to maintain compatible integrations.

10) AI features

ZofooAI can generate or summarize content. Outputs may be imperfect or require human review. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs. Do not enter confidential or personal information you are not authorized to share.

11) Intellectual property

The service, software, UI, documentation, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your paid term. You may not reverse-engineer or create derivative works except where permitted by law.

12) Feedback

Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or obligation, including to improve the service.

13) Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use it only for the relationship, protect it with reasonable care, and not disclose it except to personnel who need to know and are bound by similar obligations.

14) Compliance & export

You will comply with applicable laws and will not use the service in embargoed countries or for prohibited end uses.

15) Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for VAT/GST/sales tax and similar, unless we explicitly state otherwise on an invoice.

16) Term and termination

  • These Terms continue while you have an account or subscription.
  • Either party may terminate for uncured material breach on 30 days’ written notice.
  • Upon termination, your access ends. We’ll allow a reasonable window to export data unless legal or security reasons prevent it.

17) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

18) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. EXCEPT FOR YOUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS, CONFIDENTIALITY BREACHES, OR INFRINGEMENT OF OUR IP, EACH PARTY’S TOTAL LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID OR PAYABLE BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THAT PERIOD.

19) Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content or use of the service in violation of these Terms. We will defend you against claims alleging that the service, as provided, infringes third-party IP; if infringing, we may modify, replace, or refund unused prepaid fees.

20) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

21) Changes to the service or Terms

We may update the service and these Terms to reflect improvements, security, legal requirements, or new features. When changes are material, we’ll provide notice in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

22) Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any order form or plan details in the app constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior proposals or understandings on the subject.
